Blackwater’s Credo

Your dock, your boathouse, your boat lift–your plans are the heart of our business. We care about our clients. We have a proven track record of getting the job done right, on time, and on budget. We take over the task of dealing with the permitting agencies so that you always know your project is protected. We take great pride in our work.

When large projects require group participation, Blackwater is keenly aware of the importance of working as a team with engineers, architects, and owners, pooling talent and experience to deliver exceptional projects

We build quality structures that endure Virginia’s unpredictable coastal weather. We conduct business in an ethical manner, achieving our goals and yours by being the very best in our field.
